DIRECTOR STATEMENT
With Borrowed Light, I wanted to create an atmospheric horror film that draws its power from quiet intensity, silence, and isolation. The light we “borrow” symbolizes the things we cannot control. The fragile boundary between safety and darkness.
I’m not here to explain the world. I want to make movies that are fun. My thing is horror: pure entertainment, suspense, and goosebumps.
