PRESENTS

Monster Design: Like were there even monsters? People in bedsheets.
Monster Interaction: I'll give them a 2 for the hands in the portal.
Monster Originality: Ok, so they weren't monsters...
Monster Fear Factor: I was on board and living in fear until the final 20 minutes and then I lost all interest.

Practical Effects: Poked a bedsheet...
CGI/Animation: Cheap. Smokey clouds and dark ambiance.
FX Makeup: Handprints. Lots and lots of handprints.

Story: WHO IS JENNY??? Why did he try to kill the cat? So many questions.
Characters: All of the characters had rather problematic and predictable stereotypes.
Dialogue: It did't take me out of the movie but nothing was that special.

The big sister is far too much. Granny's got and angry kitty. Doesn't address a great deal.
