SYNOPSIS
Through flashbacks, an alleged alien abductee reveals details of her traumatic experience to a detective, until the horrifying truth explodes.
DIRECTOR STATEMENT
Vincent made his thesis film "Abducted" in order to complete his Directing Certificate at UCLA Extension.
Shot with virtually no budget and right before the lockdowns prevented any film shoot to take place, "Abducted" is meant to showcase Vincent's directing skills and his ability to bring a project to completion on very quick turnarounds and limited resources.
DIRECTOR BIO
Vincent Augusto got his B.A. in Film Studies and a Technical degree in Cinematography in France, and went to three prestigious American Universities (Notre Dame, NYU Tisch, UCLA) to perfect his filmmaking craft.
Currently working as an Assistant on American-produced feature films and series in Paris, he's looking towards Vancouver as the next step in his career. His short films have been selected in, or won, numerous film festivals around the US and the world.
