SYNOPSIS

A hunter feeds on the flesh of his prey. Nearby, a caged beast demands what remains of the carcass. Among bones and entrails, an uncanny figure disrupts the stillness. Suddenly order collapses, and the house bears witness to the birth of a furious stampede.

DIRECTOR STATEMENT
"The Stampede” is a gesture of remembrance toward animals, those relegated to silence and oblivion. It is from this absence that the creature inhabiting this story emerges, embodying a contained rage, accumulated over thousands of years by countless species. Far from functioning as an allegory, the film operates as an unsettling reflection of our reality. A world that is not unfamiliar, yet reveals with greater clarity what we choose not to see. We inhabit an environment far from paradise, even as collective denial insists otherwise. Perhaps what is most disturbing is not the violence itself, but the human capacity to justify it and render it invisible, for there is no argument capable of challenging one who reigns over their own hell.
