SYNOPSIS
After a date with his new girlfriend, Jacek walks down the corridor towards his apartment. On his way, he encounters a girl who appears in various forms, leaving him uncertain of her existence.

DIRECTOR STATEMENT
The etude "Nonexistence" is an adaptation of a screenplay fragment from the movie "Goodbye, Until Tomorrow" directed by Janusz Morgenstern and written by Zbigniew Cybulski, Bogumił Kobiela, and Wilhelm Mach. The film is presented in the horror genre, which is unusual considering the type of text being adapted. Throughout the film, the viewer is unsure of what is true and what is not, creating an atmosphere of uncertainty until the very end. The film transforms the classic Polish cinema into an unconventional and accessible horror convention for the younger generation. Through this approachable form, we introduce the audience to classics such as Morgenstern's films.
