DIRECTOR BIO
Born and raised in Kentucky, Matt Long’s childhood was shaped by the cartoons, comics and movies of the 80’s. These influences fed and developed the creativity that now fuels his edgy, outside-the-box filmmaking.

As an independent filmmaker for over 17 years, Matt has had the opportunity to build a versatile team of talented and dedicated people. Though after a recent setback resulted in the loss of most of his team and equipment, he has since rebuilt and formed 8-bit Axiom Entertainment. Now with a new direction, he continues to grow in his knowledge and arsenal of filmmaking tools.
Matt believes all media has a message and his greatest desire is for people to walk away from his films, not only entertained, but seeing life from a whole new perspective.
