SYNOPSIS
An ordinary person is faced with possible severe domestic violence in a neighboring apartment. How will he deal with it?
DIRECTOR STATEMENT
The film was created as a first semester project in the Directing course of "Studies in Film Writing, Practice and Research" (Hellenic Open University).
There were specific rules for the duration. It was also necessary to have no dialogues/voice over/intertitles/music and to be shot with a fixed camera.
It was shot with virtually no budget, with the help of friends for DoP/Camera and acting. The shooting was completed in 8 hours.
For the script, although short, I followed the technique of three acts.
In addition to the Original Script and Directing, I also did the editing and later added my own music as well as end credits. I also made the cover.
Although I have almost no relevant experience, my favorite director is Alfred Hitchcock so what I have learned from watching his films helped me to make this first film of mine.
