DIRECTOR STATEMENT
STDeep was a warm reminder of how much I loved directing. I was surrounded by incredibly talented friends who were kind enough to lend their talents and passion to the project and we pushed each other to make the best quality film we could, despite the insane time and element restrictions we undertook. It really was a joy to make this weird little film.

DIRECTOR BIO
Jordan Pacheco is a filmmaker from New England with a deep love for Horror and Sci-Fi. A selfstarter, Jordan taught himself the basics of Special FX make up and worked in the craft for 12 years in order to get on set and learn how to direct and produce. After directing four Indie Horror films he made the shift to working in the Art Department as a Production Designer and Prop Master in the effort of working on bigger scale projects and furthering his goals to direct higher budget films, recently joining IATSE 481 as a Set Dresser and Props Dept.

STDeep was Jordan's return to directing after focusing in other crafts for a number of years. Equipped with a better understanding of the production process and a crew comprised of film professionals Jordan has been working closely with on a number of projects Jordan decided to sign up for a 48 hr film challenge, determined to make a film on a battleship with the quality of a full scale production.
