Monster Design: This score pertains to the Scorpion King and the undead army -- the undead army was way more interesting that The Rock's face on spider legs, but neither were v unique or original in any way, but they do all move fluidly and consistently
Monster Interaction: V minimal interaction -- only at the very end, but there is a giant fight scene

Monster Fear Factor: Neither were scary because they looked so fake, and also I'm a grown ass woman and know there's no such thing as an undead army
Practical Effects: Not a ton of these in the movie
CGI/Animation: Maybe this is unfair given the year it was made, but the Scorpion King looks like he's made out of melting plastic - video game quality
FX Makeup: There was a really good gnarly eaten hand at one point -- but not a lot else
