PRESENTS

I feel like i've seen these creatures before in other movies. they look awesome, so high points in effects makeup, but low points in originality. Really what sets this movie apart for me are the props and costumes. It's a cool world they set up and it's fun to watch these creatures hunt in it. The story starts off strong and good, but i think it gets pretty muddy toward the end, a little too twisty for my taste. Pacing is good otherwise, monsters are definitely scary, and the the gore make up is on point.
