PRESENTS

Pretty tough to find anything wrong with this one. Very strong in tone. At the onset it's really funny and quippy and doesn't take itself too seriously which makes it very enjoyable, then it, maybe a little jarringly, drops into some pretty heavy drama, not so much to pull the audience out of the story though. The pacing is excellent, the writing is really incredible, the acting was also really well done. The beast design was pretty old, but in a classic, not a boring way and it was really well put together. some subtle CGI, but mostly really nice costume work. Man in suit, but for the right reasons. I'd say maybe the best parts of Howl and Fargo smashed together.
